Fable Kitchen is a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designated restaurant 3 years running. As we prepare for the upcoming summer season, we are looking to grow our team with an experienced Chef de Partie to our team!
Potential candidates will posses the following, but not limited to:
- minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting with a progressive work history
- experience on Entremetier / Pans is required
- experience on Grill, meat butchery & fish mongering an asset but not a requirement
- ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
- positive attitude, willingness to learn and teach
