Frankie’s Italian Kitchen & Bar is seeking a passionate and inspiring Head Chef to plan and direct all Italian and European food preparation activities, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure outstanding dining experiences. Rooted in family tradition and authentic recipes, our 240-seat restaurant operates seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., serving true Italian culinary excellence with a dedicated team of 73 staff members - growing to 85 during peak season - while offering an exceptional wine program and live jazz four nights per week. At Frankie’s, it’s all about family, food & friends.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have a secondary education and additionally they will posses a cook’s certificate or diploma. They have 3–5 years of experience as a chef, along with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
