Frankie's Italian is a premium casual restaurant delivering authentic Italian dishes in a modern setting. Frankie’s also offers live music in our Jazz Club five nights per week. We are currently looking for a hybrid Expo/Host position to join our team.
Our successful candidate contribute to both the Host and Expo teams and play a critical role in the delivery of exceptional, memorable dining experiences.
As a host, you are the welcoming face of Frankie's, offering warmth and a smiling first impression while handling table allocations, server assignments and seating. Experience with OpenTable is an asset but not essential.
As an expo, you are a key part of the operation during service, coordinating dishes and assembling table orders, bringing food, offering amenities and engaging with the guests.
Candidates with previous restaurant experience are highly regarded, while candidates with experience related to other hospitality industry roles are still welcome and encouraged to apply. This position requires an individual with a strong outgoing personality, who is detailed oriented, has a professional demeanor and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Full-time available for the right candidate. Compensation includes hourly rate + gratuities
Full-time hours: 35 + per week
Part-time hours: 24 hours per week
