Job Description

The Company

Frankie’s Italian offers traditional Italian dishes made from fresh and simple ingredients in our scratch kitchen, classic cocktails, craft beer and an international wine list. We are located in the heart of the entertainment district and feature a premium casual atmosphere serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days/week. Additionally our adjoining Jazz Club hosts live music Wednesday through Sunday evenings featuring the same great food and the finest musicians both locally and internationally.

Positions/Qualifications:
• Part-time/full-time evenings
• Three years server experience in high volume premium casual restaurant required.
• Strong intermediate, wine service and cocktail knowledge.
• Bartending experience an asset
• We provide complete, thorough onboarding & training.
