What You’ll Do
-Oversee day-to-day operations alongside a team of dedicated managers, ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints
-Lead with vision and integrity, guiding your team through every shift with purpose and enthusiasm
-Communicate clearly and consistently with all departments to ensure seamless execution of service
-Uphold and elevate the Hawksworth standard—no cutting corners, only the best will do
-Support our operational systems, from team processes to technology platforms
What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fine dining environment
-A strong, hands-on leader who leads by example and holds the team to high standards
-A sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to excellence
-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-A sense of humor and the ability to keep your cool when things get busy
Bonus Points For
-A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
-Experience with guest reservation platforms and Squirrel POS (preferred but not required)
