The Role:

- Maintain the store’s ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards at all times

- Manage inventory, supply orders, and stock levels efficiently

- Own the schedule: ensure proper coverage while managing labor costs

- Onboard, train, and support team members in their development

- Monitor and understand and use store performance data, like regularly review sales, labor, and customer metrics to identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans to drive results.

- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute promotions, seasonal rollouts, and brand initiatives

Who You Are:

- You have 2–3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment

- You’re a strong communicator and decision-maker, with proven leadership skills
You take ownership and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

- You’re passionate about people, coffee, and creating memorable guest experiences

- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with scheduling and performance metrics

- You’re flexible and available to work weekends and holidays when needed

- You have solid knowledge of coffee and café operations

Why Join Us?

- Competitive hourly wage ($20–$25/hr + tips) based on experience
- Extended health and dental benefits
- Staff discounts, team events, and a warm, collaborative work culture
- Growth opportunities within a growing local company
- Be part of the Honolulu Coffee Ohana — where community, quality, and hospitality come first
