Job Description

We are looking for a Cuisine Experienced Chef with Western Fine Dining Experience

Ideal Candidates will have:

• 3-5 year experience in a high volume restaurant
• Food Safe Level 1/2
• Open Availability
• Fantastic work ethic
• An upbeat and positive attitude
• Willing to go above and beyond

Responsibilities will included:
• Developing & Modifying recipes
• Cooking all items on the menu
• Cooking, plating, cleaning duties
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept in tidy manner in compliance with health and regulations
