Job Description

L'Abattoir in Gastown is looking for an energetic, engaged and passionate individual to join our front of house team, as a host and server assistant hybrid position.

As a server assistant, your main task will be to deliver food according to our standards of service using drop lines to entice guests.
As a host, you will be responsible for managing reservations, enthusiastically greeting guests and escorting them to their table.
Both these positions will require commitment, excellent communication skills, professionalism and passion for hospitality.

Requirements:
Experience in a fine dining setting with tasting menu experience if possible
Availability on evenings and weekends, 4 days per week
Self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual
Work permit
