Job Description

Position: Expeditor / Food Runner / Server Assistant

Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie is seeking a poised, detail-driven Expeditor / Food Runner to support the precision and flow of our fine-dining service. This role is integral to maintaining timing, accuracy, and presentation standards while ensuring each dish reaches the guest as intended.

Key Responsibilites

• The primary liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Inspect all dishes for accuracy, temperature, and presentation prior to service.
• Execute prompt, polished food delivery with grace and professionalism.
• Coordinate timing across courses to support a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain clear, calm communication during peak service periods.
• Support servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow, includes polishing, replentishing service ware during service.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years previous experience is a must as a food runner, expeditor, server assistant in a fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and team-first attitude.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
