Job Description

Job Title: Line Cook (AM & PM) & Prep Cook (AM)

Location: Lucia on Main Street, Vancouver BC

About Us:
Our team is passionate about food, and we’re dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are currently undergoing a full new menu change, set to go live in 1 week. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen crew as Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to bring the new vision to life!

Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
• Ensure that each dish meets the quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Handle ingredients, cooking equipment, and appliances safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.

Qualifications

• Previous line cooking experience, preferably in an Italian kitchen.
• Knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and recipes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with shifts (including nights and weekends).

Notes:

Prep Cook:

Hours range from early morning until 5pm. Lunch service is inclusive in this role and line cooking will be required when needed.

Line Cook:

Hours range from afternoon until 12am.

Operating hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 11am-10:30pm

Friday & Saturday: 11am-11pm
