Wage: $18/hr + tips | Location: The 515 Bar, Downtown Vancouver

The 515 Bar is on the lookout for a Support Staff member (also known as SA/Barback) to join our close-knit team.
We’re a 35-seat cocktail bar known for our classic roots, modern edge, and guest-first energy. If you love being part of a team that brings the vibe and values consistency, precision, and fun — we’d love to meet you.
Who You Are:
Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality
Energetic, team-focused, and eager to learn
Detail-oriented and thrives under pressure
Excited to grow within an elevated cocktail culture
What You’ll Do:
Support the bartenders and floor team during service
Be trained to work the wood (bar floor) and contribute to guest flow
Assist with snack menu plating, light prep, and restocking
Keep the bar organized, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes
Jump in wherever needed to ensure seamless service
