Malones Taphouse is looking for a Hostess to join our amazing team ! If you have a passion for hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
-Manage and prioritize reservations (Using our reservations portal Tock)
-Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
-Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure efficient seating
-Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area
Requirements:
-Must have 1+ years of prior work experience as a hostess
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Customer-focused attitude
-Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Skills:
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and stay organized
-Team player with a positive attitude
- Eye for detail
