We are a busy 35-seat bar with a classically rooted cocktail program, focused on hospitality. We’re looking for one dynamic individual who can seamlessly take on the roles of bartender, server, and support, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
About You
You’re a genuine, positive, and outgoing professional with experience in elevated service environments. You have a passion for food and drink, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to contributing to a high-performing team.

Requirements:
-3 years of previous server experience in an upscale restaurant or lounge.
-Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and culinary offerings.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Impeccable grooming and presentation.
-Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

With our in-house Cicerone, we are on the pulse of what’s new, delicious and trending. Our 38 taps are cleaned regularly to keep the standard of beer at its highest quality and it lets our guests taste the beer how it’s supposed to be tasted.
Alongside our craft beer, we serve the best pub fare designed and overseen by our head chef to complement our ice-cold craft beer.
