Mercato di Luigi (Chinatown location - 213 E Georgia) is seeking an experienced Baker to join the team! Our location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night (Cantina di Luigi, inspired by our very own Ask for Luigi), celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity and fresh local ingredients. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience and be passionate about baking, leading the team, and training.
The anticipated schedule is Tuesday - Saturday with an early morning start at 5:30am.
