We're looking for a Server to join the team at Cantina di Luigi (evening shifts)! Our second Mercato location builds on the spirit of our first but introduces Cantina di Luigi - a hidden, intimate dining room tucked behind a drawn curtain. Encased in ceiling-high wine racks, it pays tribute to the traditional Italian cantina, where wine was aged, meats were cured, and meals were soulful and simple. By day, Mercato is an Italian deli, café, and market. By night, it transforms into a full-service restaurant and wine-forward dining destination, celebrating Italian cuisine rooted in simplicity, seasonal ingredients, and a thoughtfully curated wine list.
