The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative bartender to join our bar team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment but is also eager to grow creatively and contribute to the evolution of our beverage program.
In addition to bartending responsibilities, this role includes serving guests in the Wood/Lounge area — a dynamic space that blends bar and table service. Strong service knowledge and an elevated guest experience mindset are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in high-volume and/or fine dining establishments
Solid working knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and wine
Service-focused mindset and the ability to confidently serve guests in a seated lounge setting
Interest or experience with sake and Japanese spirits (a plus, but not required)
A creative and curious mindset with a passion for developing and refining cocktails
A true team player who communicates well and enjoys bouncing ideas with others
Willingness to collaborate on beverage menu development and seasonal cocktail features
Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including a mix of day and night shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and serving high-quality beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Providing thoughtful recommendations and beverage pairings for our guests
Serving and engaging with guests in the Wood/Lounge area, ensuring a refined and welcoming experience
Collaborating on new cocktail ideas and supporting the bar program's seasonal evolution
Maintaining a clean and organized bar with a focus on mise en place and efficiency
Supporting team members across departments to ensure seamless service
