Part-Time Bartender (Hybrid Role) — Minami, Yaletown
Minami is looking for a part-time bartender to join our team.
Located in the heart of Yaletown, Minami is a Japanese–West Coast restaurant rooted in thoughtful hospitality, premium ingredients, and a refined cocktail and sake program. Our bar focuses on Japanese spirits, seasonal flavours, and drinks designed to complement the food — not overpower it.
This is not a traditional bartending role.
Our bartenders are equally present on the floor. You’ll be making cocktails, but also serving guests, running a section, and shaping the overall experience in our lounge.
If you’re looking to only work behind the bar, this position likely isn’t the right fit.
