Minami Restaurant, located in the heart of Yaletown, is the sister restaurant of Miku, an award-winning Japanese restaurant, located in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver. Minami has made its own name in Vancouver- known for its innovative Japanese food and warm, yet upbeat atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals to join our team. As an part of the front of house team, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch service and upholding Minami's standards of excellence.
SERVER
Please note: Minami features a full service bar. All servers must complete full food, bar and support training to gain full knowledge of the menu and systems.
Minimum 2 years experience
Good knowledge of Wine, Sake, Beer, and Spirits
Must have SIR
Willingness to learn
Strong sense of team work
