DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintaining a clean and organized bar
•Communicate with liquor reps
•Weekly liquor orders
•Inventory
•Able to communicate at an expert level with guests and your team
•Maintain strong cocktail/beer/wine/Tequila and Mezcal knowledge
•Serve the lounge while making drinks for the dining area
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced and high volume restaurant
•High level of cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge. Knowledge of Tequila and Mezcal is preferred.
•Self- motivated with a high energy level
•Highly organized with ability to multitask
•Dependable and punctual
•Work well in a team environment
