THE ROLE:
We're on the hunt for a full-time Salary NIGHT Manager to join our salary leadership team. This position offers a competitive salary over a five-day work week.
Flexible Schedule:
We believe in a healthy work life balance, so schedules will need to meet the needs of the business and the individual.
MUST be able to work a couple of late night closes per week.
3 weeks paid vacation.
Training:
Our program focuses on both professional and personal skills, tailored for success in the hospitality industry.
Training is ongoing.
Growth:
Join a growing business with expanding sales and internal opportunities. We're looking to venture into new markets, offering potential entrepreneurship opportunities down the line.
Opening new locations in the near future.

Product and venue knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
Management experience (Not necessary for internal applications)
Ability to work varied hours, including late nights
Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals
Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
Customer service focus and quality orientated
High energy level, with a tolerance for stressful situations
Able to successfully coach and manage people
Driven toward personal development
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Serve it Right Certification
