Job Description
We are a Japanese-inspired snack bar focused on yoshoku cuisine and elevated cocktails, seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team. We are looking for a experienced chef with either part or full time availability. We will be open 6 days a week from 5pm-12am, closed on Mondays.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
-Strong knowledge of local and Japanese ingredients
-Interest in Japanese flavours, yoshoku-style cuisine, and creative mixology
-Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
-Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
-Food Safe and Work Permit are necessities
Compensation will be based on experience level.
