Job Description

Nomo Nomo is looking for a friendly and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team 2–4 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of first impressions.

This is a more advanced Host position. We expect you to learn our menu and be able to run food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Manage reservations and walk-ins

• Operate and manage seating through OpenTable

• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand

• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff

• Follow direction from management and senior team members

• Help run food and buss tables

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

• Experience with OpenTable is an asset

• Strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Must have Serving It Right

Availability:

• 2–4 days per week (Tues, Weds,Thurs, Sun)

• Evening availability required
