Nonna's Cucina is hiring an experienced Bar Manager for our location on Commercial Drive with a passion for mixology, Italian spirits, and a focus on the guest experience.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years in the role of Bar Manager with experience leading a team and having creative direction of the cocktail list. Additionally, we need someone who is well versed in taking inventory, placing orders, and managing the liquor/wine/beer stock in the business on a weekly basis.
