Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
• Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
• Prior experience in Italian food is an asset
