Job Description

- Oversee all Back of House operations
- Hire, train, and evaluate all BOH positions
- Manage schedule in accordance with labour budget to ensure efficient operation
- Have knowledge of every role in the kitchen and be able to lead by example on each position when necessary
- To design and prepare all features dishes on a daily/weekly basis (core menu is central to brand and majority of menu is delivered fresh from production kitchen daily)
- Oversee and ensure quality of all products leaving the kitchen
- To make sure required checklists have been completed before, during, and after each service
- Embrace process improvements and contribute to the development of the brand,
