The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
• Design and execute a standout cocktail and beverage menu that complements our cuisine
• Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with chefs and management on seasonal pairings and special events
• Stay ahead of trends and bring bold, creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in bar management or mixology leadership
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and Mexican beverage traditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to innovate
• Serving it Right or equivalent certification
