Job Description

re you friendly, organized, and love creating a welcoming atmosphere? Join our team at Pacifico Pizzeria & Ristorante as a Host/Hostess and be the face of our guest experience!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage waitlists and reservations
• Escort guests to tables or event areas
• Coordinate with servers and management for smooth seating flow
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait times
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and take out orders

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required)
