We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service excellence, team leadership, and operational execution.
Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, strong financial performance, and a positive, professional team culture. This role is hands-on and requires a confident leader who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
Lead day-to-day operations during service
Ensure consistent execution of service standards and service excellence
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute events, promotions, and seasonal programming
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance and service goals
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary processes when required
Financial & Inventory Management
Monitor costs, waste
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets
Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management or senior serving experience in a high-volume venue
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Experience with inventory systems and POS platforms
Serving It Right certification (or ability to obtain)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
