Hiring for New Concept Opening!
We’re hiring for Pasta e Basta — a quick-service pasta concept inspired by one of our most beloved restaurants, Ask for Luigi, and opening at Timeout Market in Oakridge Park.
This concept is built around a simple idea: great pasta, served quickly, without compromise. This is Luigi at its most direct form — familiar, comforting, and generous. No extras, no complications. Just good pasta, served well. Even in a quick-service setting, the goal remains the same: to create a moment of connection through food and hospitality.
We’re building our opening team and are looking for Sous Chef, Cooks, Chef de Parties, and Counter Servers. We’d love to meet passionate, hospitality-driven individuals who want to help bring Pasta e Basta to life!
