Key Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years of experience in line cooking
* Dependable, reliable, and punctual, with excellent communication skills
* Possession of a valid Food Safety Certification Level 1
* Must hold a valid work permit and be proficient in English
* Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, coupled with strong organizational skills, is considered an asset
* Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
* Quality Control: Ensuring dishes are cooked correctly to the Chef's standards
* Station Management: Setting up and stocking the workstation, ensuring it's clean and organized throughout the shift
* Cooking: Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods according to recipes and standards.
