Job Description

Position: Evening Manager
Location: Score on Davie

About the Role

Score on Davie is looking for an experienced Evening Manager to join our leadership team in a full-time position. This is a hands-on role that combines managing the floor, supporting the team, and serving a section. You’ll take charge of evening and closing shifts, ensuring great service, smooth operations, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the floor and lead the team during evening and closing shifts.
• Serve a section while maintaining a strong presence across the floor.
• Oversee nightly closing duties - cash-outs, balancing, and securing the venue.
• Assist with planning and executing events and promotions (e.g. monthly parties, themed nights, or local outreach).
• Help coordinate promotional efforts, such as distributing discount cards to nearby hotels or community spots.
• Participate in regular manager meetings and contribute ideas for events, operations, and team culture.
• Represent and promote the Score culture - fun, inclusive, and community-focused.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of bartending and serving experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience with cash handling and closing procedures.
• Creative mindset with an interest in events and promotions.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
