We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade. You’ll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen with consistency, attention to detail, and care. The ideal candidate has solid foundational skills, a great attitude, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage your station for service, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and organized
Execute dishes with precision, following recipes and plating standards
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in your area at all times
Assist with prep and support other stations as needed
Communicate clearly with the team and contribute to a smooth, collaborative service
Follow health and safety regulations, and participate in daily cleaning and closing duties
Bring creativity and feedback to seasonal menu development when invited
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role or higher-end setting
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, knife skills, and classic cooking techniques
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
Punctuality, reliability, and a team-first mindset
Food Safe Level 1
Passion for Mediterranean or Aegean cuisine is an asset, but not required
