Job Description

We’re hiring experienced support staff to join our team at Shark Club for the FIFA World Cup. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong teamwork and urgency are essential.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking industry professionals who understand service flow and can keep up during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Run food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain table turnover
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Assist with stocking, polishing, and general side duties
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Help maintain a high standard of presentation and guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or support role in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move quickly and handle physically demanding shifts (lifting, standing, constant movement)
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and match days
• Ability to stay organized and anticipate service needs

This is a temporary role best suited for experienced support staff who understand the pace of high-volume service and can jump in with minimal training.
