Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Bar Manager
Join Our Front-of-House Team!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Bar Manager to help lead our dynamic front-of-house team! The AGM plays a pivotal role in the success of our restaurant by overseeing daily operations, supporting the General Manager (GM), and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the leadership skills to inspire others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Focus on recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff.
• Lead daily team briefings, providing feedback, maintaining high morale, and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational needs.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and high standards in service.
• Quickly assess and respond to critical operational issues, making decisions in line with company values and goals.
• Provide exceptional service, setting a high standard for the team by addressing guest concerns and ensuring swift service recovery.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, health, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring that the restaurant operates professionally and efficiently.
• Uphold company policies, including uniform and appearance standards.

Financial & Operational Management:

• Support the GM with budget and revenue management, and work to identify revenue-boosting opportunities and opportunities. 
• Ensure that all financial and operational practices are aligned with company guidelines.
• Use attention to detail to manage day-to-day operations while maximizing efficiency.

Guest Experience:

• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, elevating their dining experience with exceptional service.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and make changes as needed to ensure continuous guest satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive total compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 
• Potential for Medical/Dental benefits and Group Health Insurance.
• Opportunities for training, development, and education reimbursement.
