We are seeking a passtionate Chef de partie with an interest in Italian food preparation: Pizza, Pasta, Antipasti. This position is hands on and service oriented. This position will be primarily responsible for our pasta section, but will be cross trained on all stations over 3 months.
Previous Italian cuisine experience is an asset but not necesary. We are looking to train the right individuals into long term, career oriented cooks, with lots of room for growth.
