As a Shift Leader at Tap & Barrel, you’ll join us on our mission to bring people together to create meaningful and memorable experiences. You’ll also be a part of a tight-knit team, where you'll make lasting connections in a fun and supportive work environment.
An Ideal Candidate…
- Has a minimum of 1 year of high volume hospitality leadership experience
- Loves all things hospitality
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Has a strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation regulations
- Has experience coaching team members
