Job Description

The Cider House is looking for 1-2 part-time Servers to join our team as we move into a busy season.

We’re a high-volume, fast-paced spot with a strong team and a focus on genuine, efficient hospitality. This role is for someone who can handle pressure, stay organized, and bring good energy to the floor.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4+ years of serving experience (high-volume preferred)
• Must be available weekends and some weekday evenings
• Confident, efficient, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Interest in cider and/or plant baased food is a strong asset

What the role looks like:

• Managing a full section during busy service
• Delivering fast, attentive, and genuine guest service
• Working closely with the kitchen to maintain flow and timing
• Supporting teammates and jumping in where needed in a tip pool environment 
• Making drinks 
• Running the door
• Maintaining a clean and organized section
