We’re looking for a seasoned bartender to join the team at The Parlour in Yaletown.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re a high-volume, detail-driven room that shifts from relaxed dining to a full supper club atmosphere as the night builds. You need to be comfortable in both.
You should know how to run a clean, efficient bar, handle pressure without losing your composure, and deliver a level of service that matches the energy of the room. Strong cocktail knowledge is expected, but more importantly, you understand pacing, awareness, and how to read a crowd.
