Job Description

Sushi Cook – Sandbar Seafood Restaurant

Sandbar Seafood Restaurant is looking for an experienced Sushi Cook to join our team. If you take pride in quality, consistency, and working in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to connect.

Wage:
$22–$25/hour, based on experience plus gratuities 

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, and rolls with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards for quality, freshness, and presentation
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Support the team during service and with daily prep

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sushi experience
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish handling
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
