Their There is a brunch and coffee bar from the team behind the Michelin-recognized AnnaLena Hospitality Group. We are seeking a Coffee & Beverage Manager to lead our coffee program, manage our barista team, and oversee the full beverage offering, including brunch cocktails.
This is a leadership role with full ownership of quality, systems, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all baristas and beverage staff
Own daily coffee execution and service standards
Develop seasonal coffee drinks and brunch cocktails
Maintain recipe specs, dialing standards, and workflow systems
Manage ordering, inventory, and beverage cost targets
Oversee retail coffee program and merchandising
Ensure consistency, speed, and guest experience across all beverages
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong technical coffee knowledge
Has experience building or running a cocktail program
Understands beverage cost control and margin targets
Can build systems and hold a team accountable
Brings creativity with operational discipline
