Their There is a busy, modern brunch and coffee spot from the team behind the Michelin-starred AnnaLena. We’re looking for a GM to help lead daily front of house operations and deliver standout guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, food, and coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong sense of leadership and teamwork. A background in coffee or brunch service is a plus, and we’re especially interested in people who are hungry to grow within a dynamic restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the FOH team through busy daytime service
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operational flow
Deliver exceptional, warm, and efficient service
Help train new staff and support team development
Collaborate with ownership and management on systems and guest experience
