Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Salary

A new and exciting cocktail bar concept just opened in South Granville, and we are looking for a General Manager to bring it to life. This is an opportunity to shape a dynamic, service-driven space that blends impeccable cocktails, a thoughtful culinary program, and warm hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
● Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and a world-class guest
experience.
● Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team that values hospitality,
professionalism, and fun.
● Maintain systems for financial management, inventory, scheduling, and
operational efficiency.
● Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure alignment between food,
beverage, and service standards.
● Cultivate a positive, engaging work culture that attracts top talent.
● Manage guest relations and foster community engagement to establish our space as a
South Granville destination.
What You Bring:
● 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, cocktail-forward
restaurant or bar concept.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
● Business acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing costs
● A deep passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, with a keen eye for detail
● Strong knowledge of BC liquor laws and industry best practices as well as wine list curation and ordering.
