1. Bartender:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of beverages, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, including specials and promotions
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Skills:
- Serve it Right is a must.
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

2. Hostess/Bar Server:

As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for the food and beverage industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, bartending, or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
