What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of commercial kitchen experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen management role
* Flexible schedule and strong leadership skills
* A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards in food quality and kitchen operations

Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly prepare and manage all food items on our menu
* Delegate tasks and lead the BOH team during shifts
* Manage inventory and order stock as needed
* Create and maintain staff schedules
* Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency

Compensation:
* Training Period: $21/hour
* Post-Training: Competitive wage based on experience and performance
