We’re building our seasonal teams and are looking for reliable, guest-focused people who enjoy fast-paced environments and take pride in creating great experiences.
Depending on the role, you may support beverage service, guest flow, site operations or general floor support. Everyone on the team contributes to keeping the space welcoming, efficient, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests in a high-volume outdoor setting
May support daily opening and closing procedures
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
Adapt to changing conditions (weather, volume, events) with a positive attitude
Uphold Batch’s standards for guest experience, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
A strong work ethic and positive, team-first mindset
Comfort working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy service periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
