Established restaurant with strong dine-in and takeout volume is seeking an experienced, hands-on general manager.
This is a high-volume operation that requires leadership on the floor, not just from the office. We are looking for someone who can run service, drive standards, control costs, and build a strong team culture.
The Right Candidate:
-Proven experience managing high volume restaurants
-Strong labour and food & beverage cost control
-Leads from the floor during peak service
