We are looking for a visionary General Manager to lead our team and elevate our wine culture.
The Role
As General Manager, you are the guardian of operational excellence and our establishment's "wine-first" philosophy. You will oversee all daily operations, manage financial performance, and ensure that every guest enjoys a unique oenological journey.
Requirements
Wine Expertise: Minimum WSET Level 1 certification (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for wine. You are comfortable discussing varietals and regions and providing expert recommendations.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a management role (GM, Assistant GM, or Restaurant Manager).
Leadership: Strong ability to motivate a team, manage scheduling, and maintain high service standards.
Business Acumen: Proficient in managing financial metrics, including P&L, labor costs, and inventory control.
What We Offer

Salary: $55k – $80k per year, commensurate with experience.
