The Role We are seeking an experienced, passionate Server with experience to join our front-of-house team. You will be an ambassador for Touk, guiding guests through our menu and ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they walk in. If you have a deep appreciation for culinary artistry and thrive in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, intuitive, and highly attentive service to all guests.
Guide guests through the menu, confidently explaining the nuances, ingredients, and techniques behind our Cambodian dishes.
Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and service protocols at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a clean, inviting table setting.
Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary team and fellow front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle order entry and payment processing accurately.
Qualifications 3 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-casual dining environment.
Strong knowledge of and passion for food, wine, and craft beverages.
Valid Serving it Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mentality.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and hospitable in a fast-paced setting.
