Rooted in the warmth and simplicity of European tradition, Violeté is a new rustic European bistro inspired by the neighbourhood restaurants of Italy and Spain. Designed as a place where people gather, linger, and return often, Violeté blends generous hospitality with refined simplicity.
The space reflects the brand: approachable but elevated, timeless yet fresh — warm, comfortable, and immune to trends. Violeté is built to feel like a true neighbourhood staple where food is shared, wine flows generously, and hospitality leads every experience.
We are searching for passionate front-of-house leaders who are excited to help bring this concept to life and shape the culture of service from day one.
Job Overview
We are building our opening front-of-house team and are hiring across all roles, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
At Violeté, every position plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience. We’re looking for people who lead with warmth, take pride in their work, and understand that great hospitality lives in the small details — anticipation, presence, and genuine care.
This is a chance to be part of something from the beginning and help build the culture, energy, and standards of a restaurant designed to become a true neighbourhood staple.
Primary Role
Provide quality and professional guest experience at all times while serving
Displaying exceptional food, beer, and wine knowledge.
Provide high quality leadership attributes
General FOH (front of house) maintenance inclusive of side duties
Develop and maintain relationships with repeat guests
You are
An energetic team player who multitasks and works well under pressure
Passionate about the industry
Engaging, loves social situations, and building relationships
Keenly interested in wine, good food and great hospitality
Independent, solution-oriented and a problem-solver
Must have 2-3 years serving experience
Must be available for nights and weekends
