Prado Cafe is hiring Baristas for our Dunbar and Hastings Street locations. Both these neighbourhoods are full of charm and character. Shifts at one or both are available. We’re looking for friendly, team-oriented folks who are excited to grow their coffee skills, take pride in their work, and thrive in fast-paced, people-first environments.
You don’t need to be a coffee pro (yet), but if you love great coffee and want to be part of a supportive, skill-driven team, we’re here for it.
What you'll do
*Serve up delicious, consistent, dialed-in coffee and espresso drinks.
*Support your teammates on bar and on the floor. It’s all about teamwork.
*Greet every guest with kindness and attention.
*Keep the cafe clean, ready to go, and running smoothly.
*Take initiative, ask questions, and be open to learning.

*Collaborative, curious, and calm under pressure.
*Quick, efficient, and always focused on the details.
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
*Ready to learn and grow at a cafe that takes quality seriously - but has fun doing so.
Perks & Pay
*$17.50/hour + tips $5.00–$6.50/hour.
